This also means that Universal will name new members on the board of Tiger Resort Leisure and Entertainment, the company responsible for the operation of Okada Manila Casino and Resort. The previous members were installed by a group led by Japanese tycoon Kazuo Okada who has a long history of confrontations with Universal Entertainment.

According to GeoComply Solutions, on the first day of legal sports wagering in Kansas, 16,000 attempts to place a bet from Missouri were blocked. Almost two-thirds of this number came from the Missouri portion of Kansas City.
